Project Risk Assessment Audit

 

 

Phoenix Safety will carry out a comprehensive hazard analysis and risk assessment as part of writing your Safety Statement or as a stand-alone project. The risk assessments can be completed using the Steel System or the HRS Hazard Rating System as required. These two systems look at the probability and consequence of hazards to persons - as part of the evaluation tool to assess risk level.
