Driving For Work

A recent report done by the Health & Safety Authority suggests that up to 100 people die every year in work related road collisions.

This figure is quite high and a further cause for concern for the HSA was that according to a survey they carried out in 2008, 42% of companies do not have a Driving for Work Policy as part of their Health and Safety Management System. This would suggest that there is a lack of awareness among employers regarding their staff driving for work.
