| Q&A section with Paul Tierney |
Hi Paul,
One of our employees had a bad fall in the car park on snow and ice during the recent freezing conditions in January. The company made every effort to ensure the car park was clear with salt and grit, even though there was huge shortages country wide. Can you tell me are we still liable for the accident, even though we did everthing that could be done to prevent injuries to our workers. Your advice would be much appreciated.
Thanks and look forward to your reply.

Folks,
I'd appreciate it if you could outline the basic requirements that apply to car park marking and signage and/or advise where such can be found in legislation.
Regards
Gerry, Wexford.
