The Accident Investigation course we provide is from an Occupational Health & Safety perspective. The course content includes Health & Safety legislation, how to investigate workplace incidents and accidents, identifying the root cause of the incident/ accident, using the information gathered to prevent further accidents and to measure the effectiveness of a safety management system.
