There is no set time frames set, but best practice would indicate that fire wardens be trained every 2 years, depending on turnover of staff. With regard to how many fire wardens you should have, there is no specific legislation covering this (although it is dealt with in the Fire Services Act 1981) Best practice in this area would be to have a fire warden on each floor, work department, or building depending on the size of the organisation etc.
