Q&A section with Paul Tierney |
Hi Paul,
REACH is here. What obligation has a user of preparations,
say a farmer using pesticides or fertilisers, got under
these Regulations.
Regards,
Tom

Paul,
According to the new HSA "Guidelines on First Aid at Places
of Work (May 2008) " it states that a first aid certificate
shall be valid for 2 years. I have 2 First Aiders who
qualified in 2006 and their certificate states "valid for 3
years" - where do I stand? Do they have to undergo refresher
training this year or am I covered until next year?
Many Thanks,
Martin
