Hi Martin,

Under the new arrangements, your colleague’s certificates will still be valid until they expire next year.  They will then have to complete a refresher course (1 Day) and most likely another day or ½ day to comply with the CPR element of the new certification.  The length of the CPR section for people refreshing has yet to be decided.  Most likely the Health and Safety Authority will issue direction on this matter in the near future.
