When Good
Food Goes Bad |
 |
Food
poisoning is a common, yet distressing and sometimes
life-threatening problem for thousands of people. People
infected with food borne organisms may be symptom-free or
may have symptoms ranging from mild intestinal discomfort
to severe dehydration and nausea. Depending on the type
of infection, people can even die as a result of food
poisoning.

Q&A section with Paul Tierney
|
|
 |
Hi Paul,
We have recently moved into a new facility which has
air-conditioning. Several staff have gone off sick and
have put it down to getting a cold from the
air-conditioning, stating that the office temperature
(although set to 21 degrees) was too cold for them or
because the opinion is that the system spreads germs
easily.
Apart from not dressing appropriately, is there any
scientific proof that air conditioning does spread viruses
easily?
Regards,
Susan

Hi Paul,
Are you aware of any Regulations/Legislation regarding
emissions from panel beaters premises, in relation to new
housing/industrial developments nearby to said premises?
I'm lead to believe it is more of an insurance issue?
Kind Regards,
Fergal - Cork
