Q.
I am currently updating our company Safety Statement. Should I include anything with regard to workplace bullying?
Tim Quinn, Safety Officer, Manufacturing Company, Co. Clare

Q.
A member of my staff is concerned that working at her PC has caused her facial dermatitis.  What should I do/advise?

Q.
Hi, I saw the recent film "Charlie & the Chocolate factory" and am concerned that safety standards were not being adhered to in the factory. E.g. There was one instance of a hazardous lake of chocolate which was not closed off with barriers.  As a result someone fell into the lake, and was lucky to survive. Can you tell me if, such a factory existed in Ireland would it be in breach of safety standards here?
Thanks,
Ray.
