Basic Food Hygiene Course
Course Aim: This course provides participants with the basic food safety knowledge in order to prepare food in a safe and hygienic manner. It will also help companies comply with the requirements of Regulation EC: 852/2004 in relation to the requirements for food safety training. Course Objectives:

Who Should Attend: People who are involved in Food Production, Transportation, Storage, Preparation and Service. It is a requirement for all those working with food to complete formal training before employment commences and refresher training regularly after that. Assessment & Certification: To receive certification for Basic Food Hygiene all participants must successfully complete a theory exam.
