Classroom presentation on multimedia projector, supplemented by flipchart discussions throughout the course. Course handouts, training records, evaluation forms are also used.

This course is aimed at anyone in management, supervisory or senior roles within a company, who have a responsibility for employee well being. Also for anyone who needs help in preparing their business for a pandemic.
